The customer services is amazing. Mr. Ravindra Tiwari, who works at the front desk was of great assistance and turning a bad situation to a good stay. During our stay, there was hot water issue as the hot water boiler did not work. The staff at the hotel did bring us hot water for bathing and washing. Mr. Ravindra was highly professional and was great at customer services. Our reservation was for 3 days and he did provide us with discount on the room as the boiler was not repaired. He was highly professional, respectful, polite and empathetic. We would like to thank all staff at Ramada for caring and providing great customer service. We would like to thank GM as well for having hired great staff like Ravindra at this establishment. This would be our go to hotel for sure whenever we visit Varanasi.

It is a neat and airy property with spacious surroundings. However there is a big confusion that happened to me about Ramada in Varanasi, between this one in Katesar and the one in Varanasi Cantonment. Check bookings carefully. The staff in this property is extremely good and very very courteous and the management is very accommodating, which makes the stay, even though on the opposite side of the Ganges, a very memorable one. All queries are attended to instantly to the extent that when I wanted some honey and cloves in the middle of the night for a nagging cough, they were immediately there with it. 👍🏾Their email connectivity for communication is also quick. Make sure the air-conditioning in the room is good
